Castandet is the summer home of Constanzia's family and is where she spent her childhood summers. It is 130km (80 miles) from Bordeaux in the Gascogne province of France, part of the greater Landes region, and is known for its production of armagnac as well as its infamous cuisine and the Courses Landaises. All the events of the wedding will take place within a few minutes of here.
